When will I receive my Items?

Items are despatched when your credit card company clears your transaction and the time taken to reach you will depend on your country of origin and type of postage selected. Further details on shipping can be found here.

One of the items I ordered was damaged in the post what do I do?

Send us an email with a photograph of the broken item. There is no need to return the item itself. Also in the email include details of your transaction.

I am buying in dollars how often do you check the rate of exchange?

We check currency rates on a regular basis and we also provide a "currency calculator" that gives up to the minute currency rates for improved accuracy. If you are not sure please try our currency converter.
